There are several ways to strength train and our members have several falovours they choose

We choose our movements from the basic ones that are compounding. Simple, buildable and they impact aesthetics, strength and mobility. You can be sure you are working with deadlifts, squats, and bench press. We utilise the bar, kettlebells and dumbbells. Throw in a sled.

How to curate your LC session ?

The best part is we do not need much. Just a good technique, knowledge of the compounding moves, and each other. Having core& compounding moves makes the gains faster and we can assemble anywhere without the dependency to a particular gym.

Here is how to curate a 1 hour session.

🪩Choose the focus of the session: full body, bottom or top. the movements are compound so will impact the full body.

🪩Choose from below 3 warmups - Do them

🪩 3-4 main exercises top 💪 or bottom focus 🦵 - Do them

🪩And a finisher. Just do it! 🥵

🪩Stretch- cool down - however many you like and you can decide as you are doing it.
